He badly needs a set position, I mean even he doesn't know where he plays best and that Roeder keeps switching him around is restricting his development.

I'd stick him in as a sort of Zola/Di Canio type role personally as he can't defend for toffee and has the creativity and ability to fit into that position.

Working with the likes of Zola, even for a season, would help him a lot.
