Anyone know what the tune(artist & song name) for the current ad for The Clinic on RTE is. Singers sounf familar to me but I can't place it and it been wrecking my head

I think, I only caught it a bit of it at lunchtime. But I'm not usually wrong.

The link isn't working. It wasn't the Pogues I was thinking of but it could be the song could be pogues
