City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.
O'Bama - "Eerah yeah, I'd say we can alright!"
G.O'Mahoney Trapattoni'll sort ém out!!
It's either that or you were deliberately ignoring a Revenue debt. One or the other!
Thats what I thought.

Danny Drew
How he hasn't been picked up I'll never know
1. Pat Scully - Unbelievable job with a part-time team who are more or less the same squad as last season. I commented to a friend recently on the difference in progress between ourselves and Rovers. Would love to see them go the whole way and win the title. A real riches to rags to riches story. Just what the league needs imo. Would also show that pouring money into a club doesn't necessirily mean success.
2. Alan Mathews - again almost a great story, it would be great for them to stay up (although not at our expense).
3. Paul Cook - he has done an excellent job at Sligo to be fair this season. He came in late, had a very small squad and has done wonders and they are playing good quality football to boot. Hats off.
Other notable mentions:
Stephen Henderson (excellent form and look likely to come straight up)
Dermot Keely (for preventing Shels from movinmg into total oblivion, credit also for taking a job that very few others would bother with)
Pete Mahon (steady job on limited budget at a club that could hardly be regarded as glamorous).
Interesting dilemma.
Would you take Roddy back instead of Connor? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roddy_Collins
He did bring success to Bohs.

Nobody knows us, we don't care
You can't argue with Roddy Collins' record at Bohs but I'm one of these people who think you should never go back. I'm not sure if it was a down to good management or if all the pieces fell into places & Roddy was in the right place at the right time. But Collins wanted to run the club from top to bottom. But nobody is bigger than the club. Difficult one to call really.I wasn't happy when Connor got the job. We needed a big name manager like Fenlon, Dolan or Kerr. But saying that we could have two pieces of silverware at the end of the season so thats not bad. Or we mind just finish middle table with nothing! By the way, Scully & Cook are the two best managers in the league at this moment in time.
Scully is best - his record over the past two seasons is astounding.
Together with all our hearts.
At this moment in time it has to be Pay Scully.
18 months ago he took over, assembled a team of players, few if any of us heard of and brought them to the first division title. At the start of the season most Hoops would have been happy with Mid Table and a run in a cup.
Now we are challenging for the League and qualification for Setanta/ Europe . Its unreal.
There is a high turnover of players, but few if any of those that have left have gone on to better things.
I dont think too many other managers could have achieved what Scully has.
I think John Robertson and Paul Cook are doing good jobs too.
Pat Scully ,What a great 2 seasons he is having. To get promoted in his first season and looks like Rovers will finish in the top 3 this season , with a part time team. Great credit to the man...
