Too right the pitch was a disgrace.
Maybe they were trying to make eric feel at home.
Maybe the flansiro is hosting the beach volleyball events in the Special Olympics? Only joking.
Seriously though from what I've seen on TV the pitch has always been decent enough in Longford. The dry spell hasn't helped I suppose.
Hopefully it'll be in pristine condition for the visit of City's football wizards on Saturday night.
