FAO Anyone who booked with activity breaks

Can anyone tell me the name of the hotel its booked with? I'm just trying to get addresses. The link no longer works it jsut comes up that its sold out.

Hi im not booked with them but i think it was hotel plus or something like that i remember it was a 2 star one out of town cant you give them a call?
