What happened up at the Boro is a matter for the Boro to deal with. Crap like that doesn't belong on this forum, and if people on here insist on posting tripe like it the whole thing becomes a farce. If some of the junior lads come on here stirring it, why not rise above it and ignore it, or at least don't sink to their levels in responding.

This is a football forum, not a gossip column.

Surely its for the Guards to deal with? most of the stuff on the Limerick section lately does not belong on a football forum anyway so the whole thing is a farce anyway, I sometimes sit in work with 2 of the $hit stirrers either side of me while they type away waiting for certain people to respond. So have a go at me if ya like, i really dont care what any of you think. Private forum is the only way to go im afraid.

I Agree. It's time to leave Foot.ie behind and go to a private forum.

Yes I did , how can you attribute that to junior football, the never ending oneupmanship that the members of the SC portray on this forum is laughable.
Limerick 37 exsist for all and anyone who chooses to support them . Yes there are junior supporters on this forum that are here solely to wind people up but there is also a portrayal by others that Limerick 37 is thiers and thiers alone.

The constant negativity that exsists gives nothing to anyone and would not give football supporters in the surrounding areas a feeling that they could become part of the Limerick 37 set-up and enjoy what the EL have to offer.

Where do Limerick 37 hope to get players for years to come if not from junior football because if any of the rubbish that is to be believed then it will not be by signings and transfer and there isn't a Russian billionare going to turn up in Jackman with a blank cheque to make everything alright. In the short period that L37 has exsisted they have done remarkably well( credit to all involved ) but no the hardliners are not satisfied with moving slowly they want it all now at any cost.

Whatever about peoples feelings towards the people looking after the club and the management and players ,should people not give them space and time and see where this leads in a year or two. Give them enough rope if that if that turns out to be the case .

Anyway back to my reason for responding your post was stupid and if you feel the need to attack stupidity with stupidity the old saying goes " do not go down to thier level as they will beat you with experience.

    All the best

First (Newmarket Celtic supporter with an interest in Limerick 37, in case anyone was wondering.)
    I'll update this next year.

I disagree with that John, having witnessed both the Galway and Shamrock Rovers private forums I feel they are more exclusive than anything else, maybe not Rovers considering their hardcore fanbase size, but certainly for a smaller club like ourself or Galway it would be. I personally wouldn't post on a forum that was just the same crowd that I'd normally talk to at a match posting on the same topics we could talk about at a match. The way forward here is to ban the juniors that do cause trouble from viewing this forum, I really don't understand how this hasn't happened yet as I was banned from the Galway forum for less than what some of them are doing here

That's easier said than done, and I feel that if they stepped over the line in any way then they would already be banned by now. You can't stop people from having an opinion, pure and simple. You can choose to ignore these people completely, not respond to their every wind up. Has it ever occurred to you that some of these buffoons are laughing at certain people on here because of the reaction they get? And lets face it, some of our own posters here are no better than their junior counterparts in being juvenile and slagging off junior football. Whats good for the goose and all that. All I'm saying is to ignore them, they'll soon get bored and go away.

To be honest that's never stopped anyone getting banned around here before. In general we're not meant to go on anyone else's specific forum and try and stir it, it's one of the main no-nos, so surely some of this lot could be booted from here? Young L37 Fan got kicked off a few weeks back for less than this

Agreed, but the point they'll make is that they are L37 supporters too, and like it or not, the club does have ties to junior football.

Cause it happend on a junior clubs property, in fact I hear some of the Pike crowd still have their noses out of joint after last season, maybe the investigation should start there, hmmm suspect! Anyway before we get Jessica Fletcher on to the case (and have an acual murder on our hands, funny how everywhere she goes theres a murder.....suspect!) id just like to say Mr Newmarket/L37 fan most of what you say is of course true and really anyone whos half a brain will know this already so theres no need, thanks for your interest though.

As regurds a private forum not ideal, but definetly needs to be discussed, no harm in having it aswell as this one though.

I have a full brain thanks but again I presumed you had the same faculties about you. I have said my piece and you can take your arrogance and shove it where the sun don't shine.

Locking this. I shouldn't have to explain why. I try and be fairly tolerant here and not crack down on every little argument or off topic post but if that's what people prefer I have no problem going totally ott in my moderation for a while either?

Or people could just stop posting toss?
The ball is round and has many surprises.
