last time i remember the boyzine song was "when the tough gets going the going get tough" not wen the tough get going the lads jump!
read your constitution...no member of the committee is allowed any form of fincial gain from the club ..so you cant have a member paid to look after the bar , pitch , dressing rooms office etc...this rule is there to protect the club.......gate reciepts should be way up looking at the crowds a big well done to marco.....dont have any figures on the bar but that seems busy too,
we are top of the league playing great football so where is the problem...just the old guard having a go just to try and unsettle the season ,ignore them.......lets all move forward ...ps. its "when the going gets tough the tough get going"

The above quote was made here the other day, and you know what, I totally agree with it because I've experienced it first hand. With attitudes like these then we're in trouble. I've done my bit. Bought family ticket. Offered advise and design in my field. Was taking out a billboard (even though was told that I'd have to go up and measure it up myself) and looking at possible match sponsorship........and have calculated that in the past four weeks I've put approx 600euro over the bar.........but hey......why should I bother at all!! I've a business to run, allbeit small, but at least I enjoy it which is more than I can say for some of the ****e posted here since the 'Ramblers3' resignations rubbish. At least I can take pride in the fact that I tried to contribute something positive toward the club as a whole!!
see ya later so kid enjoy ur other forum..€600 over the bar in 4 weeks . maybe the AA can help

Think there should be a minutes applause rather than a minutes silence and maybe a rams jersey with his name on the back held up by the mascots in the centre circle....

definetly a mins applause a min silence is not enough, he is a rams legend and deserves a good send off from club

Think they should have enough motivation in winning the league..
doubt if many of the present squad would have known shortty(except the Cobh Lads from his shop)most of them are too young...
