Can you recommend to me which Graphics Card I could buy which would be suitable at the cheapest option. Also how do I go about upgrading my RAM?

What model is your emachines? Should have a 4 digit number after it on the back on a silver sticker.

Need to see if your motherboard has an AGP slot or a PCI express or either.

    Here' the computer spec:

    PROCESSOR AMD® Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
OPERATING SYSTEM Genuine Windows Vista® Home Basic - English
    MONITOR Monitor Not included
    MEMORY 1024MB 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM [2x512]
HARD DRIVE 160GB (7200rpm) Serial ATA Hard Drive with 8MB DataBurst™ cache
GRAPHICS CARD Integrated nVidia® GeForce® 6150 LE graphics
OPTICAL DRIVE 16x DVD +/- RW Drive

Here's the Reccommended spec for PES20008:

Konami Blog Entry With Recommended Specs

    Windows XP
    Pentium 4 3.0GHz /AMD Athlon 64 or better
    1GB RAM
    6.5GB free memory
    8x DVD-ROM drive
    DirectX 9.0c video card

    256MB Pixel Shader 3.0 (ATI x1600 / NVidia 6800 GT/GS or better)
    DirectX 9.0c Soundcard
    DirectX 9.0c or higher
    Windows USB Gamepad
    1280 x 720 resolution

    Supported Chipsets:

    NVIDIA - GeForce 6600, 6800, 7300, 7600, 7800, 7900, GeForce FX (5950, 5900, 5800, 5600, 5200), GeForce4 Ti, GeForce3
    ATI - Radeon x1600, x1800, x1900, x800, 9800, 9700, 9600, 9500, 9200, 9000, 8500

Now for those running on chipsets not mentioned above such as the 8800 GTS etc. rest assured that the game will run on those. I know the specs are scary but the game will also run on PC's that don't meet that standard but with a sacrifice.

    Best Regards,

    W.E.N.B. Team

    Should I be OK?

    AMD one for 369

    NVIDIA - GeForce 6600
6150 is obvisouly below that, the 8600 is new range card so you be fine for games for a few years.

That sounds like the worst feature a football game could possibly have. I trust you were being sarcastic saying you like that. Unless you're like 7!

    It will.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.
