    Tickets seem pricey??

Just got my tics for the two games from an FAI scource. €88 for the two, seems a bit pricey, weren't the Stutgart tickets only €25 if i remember correctly?? Anyway im not complaining now that im sorted, just seems dear.

€32 for Slovakia and I think the Czech ones are around €54 or something.

fact is that we robbed them blind for their tickets so why not do us over in return.

We paid 32 and 54 or 55 Euros. I think that the FAI were given two categories for the Czech game as some people seem to have paid about €20 less than we did. Going on the seating arrangement we are in the upper tier which suits me fine. When you're behind the goal or in a corner as we are it's very hard to see what is going on if you are at ground level.

You think that's bad we had to make do at Lansdowne right smack behind the goals 3 rows from the front on the South Terrace , it was like watching the game wrapped in a fishing net . Still we have now got great seats at Croke Park so swings and roundabouts .
As one guy said to me years ago it's better to see the game from inside the ground than anywhere else on the planet , he had a good point .

ive never watched a match through a fishing net, what is that like murph? do you spend most of the time trying to get out of the fishing net? Wouldn't mind checking that out.

yes indeed , not exactly rock bottom prices for your average czech and slovakian , not exactly cheap for your average irish punter either, i don't blame them one bit for squeezing the cash out of us.l

no problem with the Slovaks. They gave us the tickets. Their FA cashed in a bit.

I've got some concerns re the Czechs. I've tried to source tickets locally. It appears there is going to be a huge amount of black market tickets at inflated prices. Given that they failed to sellout the German game it is hard to believe that the FA only gave the FAI the minimum amount of tickets and turned down guaranteed revenue unless.............................
