    Website Makeover

Some of you may have spotted a new look on walkthechalk.com through Sniffer's suspension post; we got some pros in to the job and replace our sticky tape and blue-tac effort.

There's a few new features there aswell and it should generally be a more enjoyable site experience as myself and Sniffer do our damndest to offer stats and some interesting articles.

Be grateful for any feedback, bug reports or ideas

Looks a bit slicker now, however the text is quite difficult to read due to the lack of contrast with the background. Darkening one or the other would do the trick.

I find it readable enough. Couldn't hurt to darken it a bit alright though.

In future, I would reccommend using www.rentacoder.com for this.

For that website you have you could tender for it on rentacoder and get someone in India, Pakistan or Romania to do a better job for <$100. Basically you register your details and post up a bid request and the max amount you want to pay. Then people start bidding and you accept a bid. You can set a time limit on when you want it done by and the coders are usually very flexible.

The amount of information and stats on every club is phenominal and well done! Looks classy too...

Just one thing - could you please please rename the "eircom League" to "League of Ireland" OR change the "Irish League" to "carnegie League" or something... It always annoys me! eep, sorry! It's a great website!

    That is all.

Looks slick, bit tricky to read though...

Bray Page is a bit out of date. Quite a few players who are listed that are no longer with us...

    Farahmand Ali
    Fitzgerald Sean
    Manley William
    Nixon Luke
    O'Brien Kieran
    Vint Colin
    Murphy William
    McCann Michael

These no longer play with Bray

Fintan Bonner, Gary Crossan, Matt Crossan, Darragh McGee, Marc Mukendi have all left Finn Harps.

Also, James Doherty is a defender, and Sean McGowan is more a midfielder than a defender, Sean Roddy is a defender.

Why dont you change that once you click on a players name it brings up all their stats from their current club and old clubs!

Mark Clohessy and James-Lee Matthews no longer play for UCD. Also I think Derek Doyle has five league goals.

Damn, knew you'd be right about Derek Doyle. Apologies for the oversight; that minion will never waitress in Torquay again. Thanks for the info.

You have Barry O'Connor in the Kildare County squad. He isn't a player now. He is the assistant manager.

    How about this
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
