Well, on another forum i'm on, the have a Closed thread, which is updated with People who have been banned and the reasons for it...
Anything I've ever seen like that has just become a centre for assorted muppets' friends to whinge when they get banned for something completely indefensible.
Like Prison on Boards, a place for Admins to feed their egos.
