Finally two strikers..But wait did you see the squad list in the post (hardly a newspaper but hea) no Weldrick, Hughes, Poill,Ricardo, That neat left back who broke his coller bone, no Morris Roe (tied me thinks) and no left back from Pats! i know we got in a few but we could have done with Weldrick.
If we don't have nay of those players it's bad news. I know Welderick, Hughes and possibly Poill are going travelling and Morris-Roe is tied for a little bit yet but if our increased wages are all being blown on Barry Ryan then we can write off this season too... If we're preparing to tackle a season with only 17 registered players we really are aiming for another re-election battle. I'd say it was just media hype except we've also heard it from another source too... Message to the committee while I'm at it. You've got leaks boys...
