They're loan deals apparently.
Both played in a trial for Institute last night and agreed deals, although it hasn't gone through yet.
Kinda surprised they'd move to Derry to be honest.
Edit- there should have been a ? on the title there!

Does this mean that there is a chance of Foley staying around if we've managed to cut the wage bill a bit?
Also he played for a while tonight means he's not lost altogether.

TC said in an interview that he's up for transfer but if there are no takers he'll be available as part of the squad and will be used...
Finally went through- loans until December http://www.stutefc.com/stute2007/new...g_august07.htm

Can the Galway fans give any more info on these guys, was really impressed with Liam when he played for us in a friendly.
To be honest, they haven't played too much this year, but are both regarded as good prospects for the future. Davoren is pretty quick but a bit light, while McKenna looks like a solid defender who can play at centre-half or right-back. Hopefully both will improve from competitve action in a tough league.
Thanks, Liam looked quality in the two friendlies he played for us. Dav looked good as well, but Liam def stood out a mile. We are a very young side so hopefully these guys will help strengthen our squad.
2 very good young players and the time they spend with yourselves will make them better.
