They didnt up their game for the match as the should have, the eL teams did it for Europe so why can't Celtic?

Watch Lennon carefully most of his passes tend to be returned straight back to the player who first passed the ball or to the 'keeper.
    j'accuse!

im as big a celtic fan as anyone but i cannot stand lennon anyone could do the job he does imho a dog with a mallet up his ar5e could roll the ball 5 yards left or right never passing it forward he doesnt score goals he doesnt make goals and he doesnt protect his defence too well as shown but 2 of the 3 goals conceded last night the first goal he was forever closing down the lad that had the shot and the 2nd goal he was given the runaround by his opposite number who played the striker straight in on goal

wasn't '....Celtic are atrocious' how it went?
"I don’t want to tempt fate, but Thierry Henry is not having one of his best nights." - RTE co-commentator Jim Beglin, minutes before TH struck the stunning winner.

You can't just turn it on like a switch. Celtic have consistently punched above their weight in Europe, they do raise their game all the time, I don't need to mention the teams they've beat recently and the teams they put out of the Uefa Cup.Unfortunately for Celtic though, most of their raised performances happen at Celtic Park, they can't seem to take it on their travels which can be said about a lot of teams.

While I don't want to take away from any of the great results by the EL teams in Europe, SOME of the results had as much to do with the fact that the other teams were in their pre-season and not half-way through a season like the EL teams IMO. I was delighted when City kept winning but in all honesty, I think if City were to play Nantes or Nijmegan now then the results might be different, seeing as they would be by now, match fit.

Final point about Lennon, it doesn't matter who or where you pass it too, as long as you keep possesion. He's not there to be a Zidane. Roy Keane does it, Gattuso does it, Lennon does it... that's why most managers would kill for players like these.

Hopefully we wont have to watch them on TV anymore. There are other clubs from Britain in Europe who play more attractive football

except against us, we at saint pats are unbeaten against the saps in euro competition in Celtic Park. We even wore blue that night to inspire forward and lifelong ger Ian Gilzean!

    Dont start!! Get that PM?

And davros obviously you know little about EL but any premier division side here could play in the SPL. Remember b**z beat aberdeen and even I laughed at that result
