how does it work does everyone else have to be online at the same time ?
No not really. I start the game and I give whoever is playing the password to join. There may be weeks that people cannot turn up but the game would still run. I'll send all info to the e-mail provided to those who are interested on how it works and how to join.
Isn't FM 2008 out soon? Better off waiting til then?
