The only result missing from tonight is Corbally v Carew (Anyone have the result??)

Summerville v Star is also off this Sat, so I assume the Pike game will be off also.

corbally 1 carew park 2.football wise quite a poor match, corbally better team but missed a host of chances and not helped by a couple of poor ref decisions in 2nd half.carew very young team out except keeper ,and overweight centre half who was lucky to stay on the pitch.carew 2nd goal an og with 10mins left,so good 2pts for them.

are you mad. carew should of been 3 up at half time the carew striker had two clean through ono on ones and missed them both. as for corbally missing a host of chances i recall gordon making 3 saves in the entire match which were straight at him. and that over weight centre half was noel noonan who domanated yer strikers himself and mike carey. also carew were without albert slattery and johnny corbett.

i do agree with you on the ref.. some really crazy calls for both sides he played 8mins injury time. on the result it was a hard earned and excellant 3 points for carew there a young team and are doing well at the moment

    Fairview 2 - 0 Summerville

Summerville down to ten men after ten minutes played. Ended the game really. Fairview pressure for the rest of the game and two late goals ended it.

Summerville worked really hard but thats all they have, weaker team than last season.

Fairview had about 20 players up which was good, very young and lighweight, and all their games this season have been good to watch.

A crazy peno decision last night could have cost AA 3 points against Star. I don't know the logistics of it but refs needs linesman at games to give them a hand.

ya .was at the game it was a crazy decision ..aisling should have been 3 or 4 nil up by that stage if cu was there he would have had a hat trick.star are very bad if john barry wasn't too busy trying to pick a fight with someone they might have had a chance..

agree with you 100% but the prob is there is simply not enough refs around at the moment to cover all the games never mind having 3 officials at every game.

Tony Meagher was the ref at the carew game last night running the risk of been a bit harsh tony is a sound bloke and all. but tony is to old to continue been a ref he can barely run he did not move out of the centre circle for the whole game. he was calling offsides and he was just guessing and one of the carew players asked him what was left and he said 4min plus stoppage time. 4 people on the sideline timed it on there stop watch and everyone of them had it at 2mins into injury time. after his 4mins was up he player 8mins injury time it added up to 14mins over he played maybe he forgot to start his watch for the kick off for the second half i dont know but if corbally had of scored in that period it would of been a costly mistake .

He was given dog's abuse by Carew and Corbally from both on and off the field last night during the game. He was obviously rattled by it all which was plain to see.

maybe roadend its not like he was a new ref starting out. tony has been a ref for years im sure it wasnt his first time getting dogs abuse from both teams that does not make up for not having the correct time of the game or not moving from the half way line

I would agree, they play some very good football but lack a physical presence, a couple of years in premier and they will be an excellent side.

watched wembley v pike last nite wembley did not deserve to lose by 3 .Frankie stewart does not look like the same player that was bangin in goals for regional for the last 2 years .pike looked a little suspect at the back if wembley had a goal scorer up front the result may not of flattered pike as much

Big Bird I think you dived and got Daz booked. Well done in the end and
I think we will improve but I think you and your other Protestants
    Peaked last night.
