ya that was a great challenge alright, I'd say we're well safe and we played Mungret twice already, we beat them at home and then we lost out there with half a team. Rock on the hoops Sunday morning. (Any rain at all though and it will be off) Carew Park are playing on our field tomorrow night as well. We then have to play Sunday morning and then play on it again next Tuesday night so ? Can't see it holding up with all those games going on in it.
Na we threw all that away after a few games, we got off to a great start at the beginning ,that was when we had Burns, Skinner and Jason O Connor all playing up front with us, but you know yourself trying to get a full strength squad out every week is impossible, great to see Pa Byrnes still playing football, nice chap and still has the touches.

yep it was see pervious comments, Carew park are on the field tomorrow so we couldn't have 2 games on the same evening. This game was brought forward to tonight.
Carew are also down to play Star in the Lawson Sunday afternoon (after Hill Celtic v Pike) up in Hogan Park.

Ye are still only 5pts off relegation and Charleville have a game in hand.
Another 3-4pts should do it for ye I'd say.
Predictions for the weekend.
Mungret to win away at Shannon but it will be a tight game, it always is against Shannon. Balla and Bruff i'd say could be a draw but after last weeks result between them and Shannon who knows. H'town to win and fingers crossed Cappamore could do Mungret a favour and beat Dromore. Kilmallock and Charleville will be tight, local derby there and Hill Celtic to beat Shannon mid-week.
last nights result: HillCeltic 1-0 Kilmallock was a bit of a surprise. Still feel that kilmallock are odds on to top the league at the end of the season.
