    George O'Callaghan

George was not at the match today and the general feeling at the ground was that he has gone to Longford.

    Hopefully we are all wrong!

George was at the game today but he wasn't playing. He was standing behind the dugout with Colin T, Mucky, Lordan, Andrews and a few more.
    Champions!

But i was all gossip from day one so he probably doesn't even know we are having this debate. There is nothing definite even about the rumour exsisting. I'll believe it when i hear more solid info till then it is krap !!
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

    George is staying, but suspended

I was talking with a guy this evening from Whitechurch who knows him and he says he is not going.

So thats good news. But he has an outstanding suspension from last season that means he will miss the St. Pats match

Erm, well the sun and the star have both picked up on something apparently....

The talk is that Derry have upped the offer for Avril, and we'll get Georgie Boy and Ciaran Martyn....

How does a Cork City player come in to a deal between Derry and Longford?
