Question Capture still from a video?

What video player or video editing software would you recommend which will allow me to capture stills from a video taken with a digital camera. I cannot do it through the camera. I can do it using print/screen button but I just want to get the picture.

    Get the picture?

Adobe Premier, Pinnacle, VideoWave, theres loads of them. Still for video are generally not great though.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

ImageGrabber is easy to use and can be configured to give one still or many on the one image.

    For example
    Multiples

    Single frame

Its dead easy to use. I'm sure its still available from the creators but I've forgotten where I got it but I've uploaded it to rapidshare. File size of 188kb
