I think many on here are blinded by the comments from the RTE commentators.
I think Derry held a lot of possession but created little or no chances. Paddy McCourt had a shot from outside the box, Martyn had a chance near goals but side footed it to the keeper and that was it really. 2 shots maximum on target in the 1st half and I just remember 1 shot on target in the 2nd half and 1 on target for Tunics in each half.
Both teams were poor and anyone thinking Derry are a class above these are only fooling themselves.

If the Derry players learn how to cross the ball, head the ball, pass the ball and work on their first touch, then they might stand a chance in the second leg.
However I don't think that will happen and they'll be out.
I think I should the parachute, because I'm great.
In fact, I think I should get both parachutes, in case one doesn't work.
After the spouting that co-efficients determines who is better more than head to head matches, seeing that the Armenian champions Pyunik have a higher co-efficient than Linfield, and Derry have a rubbish record against Linfield I'd dare say it doesn't bode well for the European Giants of Londonderry.
