not sure of the legal ramifications here, but Capcom's CPS-3 board, which powered Street Fighter 3, and Red Earth among (admittedly very few) others has recently been emulated and now you can play these games on your PC. A fairly hefty machine is recommended though.
Still some glitches but good to see it working , dusted off the Hori to play it recently.
