Overall, it's been great for the league; can't really argue with that.

That said, I agree with the reservations about switching games to Mondays, and I'd swap 10 or 15 live games for a highlights package. But that's intended as constructive criticism rather than Setanta bashing really.

Do TV3 have sole rights to a highlights package? Or is it more a case that Setanta won't waste their time doing what someone else is already doing?

At the time of decision the weather definitely seemed the wetter and windier for the knowledge that the match could be watched from the armchair with a decent dinner on the lap.

Haven't made my mind up on the overall question, but it was Bad Setanta last night.
