does anyone have a link to this. haven't heard it but apparantely it is good.
Probably the greatest LFC player of all time, for me. Been treated disgracefully by England. Problem is that Carra and his family are still down to earth people and his misses doesnt subscribe to all the england wag nonsense.
Stevie G. and his missus could learn so much from them.
and i presume the fact his wife isn't a "WAG" has fcuk all to do with him not getting his game with england!

he is dead right, everything he said, for me he is better than any of the current incumbents a proper centre half, imho he never got a proper chance with england, not that it ever cost me much sleep but can you imagine how you would feel if you saw ledley king start ahead of you after hardly kicking a ball all year.
I don't rate him very highly but would probably fit him in somewhere in the English team.
He comes across very well there though imo.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.
O'Bama - "Eerah yeah, I'd say we can alright!"
G.O'Mahoney Trapattoni'll sort ém out!!
I think he should be John Terry's partner in the England team alright, but best Liverpool player ever?! Two questions for you there reder, are you ten years old? and have you never heard of Kenny Dalglish?
You woul dthink the two central defenders would be Terry and Carra but any time i have seen him play for England he has been quite poor , I think he throws everything into every game for liverpool but just doesnt have the same passion . Rio or King shouldnt be getting anywhere near that team best english CB now are Terry Lescott and Carra ( not in any paticular order )
Im going to have to wait untill later to hear the interveiw cant get it at the mo .
Defo should be Terry's partner at the centre of the defence.
I meant the "best ever" comment as a compliment to him as a person on and off the field, if you know what I mean.
You cant really compare him to King Kenny as footballers but for me in this age of sulky, overpaid footballers, he is a breath of fresh air. King Kenny was magic but footballers were far more down to earth back in those days.
Also the fact that his wife isnt one of the wags could VERY easily hinder his england chances!!
PS: Risteard, how many times have you seen Carra play?

Probably has a lot to do with him not getting his picture in the paper everytime there's a premier, fashion show, horse racing festival, or envelope opening.
Seeing as how the papers seemed to be picking the team towards the end of Sven's reign (and for a decent chunk of the middle of his reign too) you could be onto something!!
My favourite non-arsenal/non-bray player ever - Jamie Carragher, respect the legend
IMO it's an absolute joke that Rio Ferdinand/Ledley King could get in a team ahead of Jamie!

Great response on his part - he came across reasonable, even before considering he was being baited a fair bit.
If Ian Wright can get a chat show...
That question was less stupid, though you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.
Help me, Arthur Murphy, you're my only hope!

I honestly cant think of any better defenders that should be ahead of him in that england squad . I reckon he is well able to make the step up to the first team but i hope he does nt last thing we need is even more teams sniffing around him .
Great player, great interview, who is the person interviewing him, muppet. Fair play to Carragher.
