    Whos up for it?
Me, as usual. Is it just me or are the kickoff times getting earlier and earlier? 5:30pm kickoff means pub by 7pm. Jesus, we'll be scuttered off our brains by 10:30pm.

So in football/drinking, as in life, the majority must bow to the needs of the few.

Self-praise is NO praise, Ref. That said you're probably right.
Have to agree with Pablo, you'd think the mods would be sick s**t of losing by now.

That's the day after the Pats game. I'd prefer to get a game in BEFORE the season starts.

You could try asking Ref, I suppose, but realistically, I don't think we have any choice now.

Simple. He already seems to have the date and time set. Additionally, unless I'm very much mistaken, he'll probably have the pitch booked by now. I would also be in favour of the game being held before the start of the season, but, like I said.......it's unlikely we have any choice now.

SEJ, shut up. please. just reading your posts is giving me a headache.

    I'll be playing, pending work.
Whatever it was I am sure it was better than my plan to get out of this by pretending to be mad. I mean, who would have noticed another madman around here?

Watch your mouth, Ruairi. At the very least, most, though not all(nobody's perfect), of my posts have a measure of substance. See you there, though, assuming you can make it.
It's starting to sound like some weekend: City match on the Friday, pints afterwards, Foot.ie game on the Saturday, pints afterwards; and Munster v Leicester on the Sunday, pints during the game, and especially if Munster win.

I'm bowing to the pressure and changing the date to April 5th so it's on before the season starts.

The prodigal son returns. Welcome back, let's kick some ass, eh?? And drink some beer, can't forget that.
Btw, is it going to be 6 each side or are we reverting to 5. I can only speak for myself, but, I thought 5 a side was ideal considering the size of the pitch.
