should be a private forums sections down the end
the mods forum is now stuck in there.. try refreshing the page a few times. or maybe logout and login again (if it will let ye *does evil laugh waaahaaahaaa*)

I've created a new section, Private, and the permissions were set incorrectly on it. It should be ok now. Before you ask, no, I won't set up any more private forums, this was just a test as a favour for Joe. I might consider private forums when vBulletin 3 is released.
