The players are only eligible when they are registered and they cannot be registered until the transfer window opens.
As someone has already said I imagine the 3 players we've signed so far all require international clearance, though maybe this has been arranged already...
I phoned the speaking clock to hear a voice speak, it said - "At the tone you will be very much alone"
Plus the national associations are likely to be swamped on the first day of the transfer window.
