Robbed of victory today. Lost 2-1 in extra time. Mark Boyd played and scored a penalty for us. Ventre also played(at least I think it was him). Debut for Ross McLoughlin too, played very well. Menzies was a disaster in defence and was rightly subbed for the second half. Creane played very well too, hit the post. Jay missed a sitter too. Galway very poor, did well in first half but brutal after that, very lucky to win.

EDIT: It was actually Ventre who scored the penalty and not Boyd.

One good thing about this game was the fact that Deering wasn't reffing it for a change. The game ran a lot more smoother with no silly offsides or pointless bookings like when Hitler Deering is doing it. I'm sure he'll be back next time though.
