Odds on it will be postponed until after the government is formed.

Yeah, the parties shouldn't know who they are dealing with until after they go into coalition, just the same as the people had no right to know the person they were voting for.

Doesn't really matter anyway. The PD's have lost any semblence of being arsed or they would've walked last year, and it's not like Cooper-Flynn or Lowry can take the moral high ground. Healy-Rae probably doesn't even know there's a tribunal taking place.

If they don't know by now who they're dealing with...

Jack, the Greens are not in the mix yet. Independents and PD's for a start to see how the land lies. Trevor neednt get his good suit out just yet (bio degradable of course

PDs won't pull out no matter what happens in the Tribunal. Mary Harney is not probably wishing she had lost her seat. Seems like only a matter of time before they merge back into FF.

FF would need PDs plus 4 from 5 Independents. How long before Flynn declared bankrupt? Independents could withdraw their support at any time so chances of 5 years to next election appear slim..?

I think Bertie is virtually untouchable now. Seems with no mud will stick.

    Correct.
If something dodgy comes out of the tribunals, he'll be okay.
If his buddys sorted him out with a house or just cash or whatever, he'll be grand, even if it turns out they were looked after themselves.

It would have to be an actual real brown envelope bribe and i think generally, that's not the way coruption works.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

At this stage, I reckon his popularity would go up if he was caught robbing pension money of grannies outside Drumcondra post office.
