Actually that's what he said about UTD and has said numerous times about GUFC.

He said Sligo were a good side.

If you're going to call somebody an idiot try not to prove yourself been close to the mark in the process.

Well if he said it about Galway he is even more of an idiot!

Not one home win all season

No one has more home defeats

Only Longford have scored less at home

Just one win away from home

Away from home just two goals - only Waterford have less

Full time club second from bottom not a good sign

Maybe they really do belong in the first?

he seemed to have a bit of a jones for us 2nite. he used to always praise us last year but i think his opinions were normally based on whatever danny devito said in his post-match interviews which often times were lies about us playin good football when we didn't at all. our games v w'ford and bohs in the 3rd series being good examples

He must have said Sligo were a "good side" at least 4 or 5 times.

    Aw I love him.

First time i've watched it in a while. With Keely out, Osam had to talk more crap than usual to stretch a half hour.
What's the story with the scared little presenter? He nearly makes Trevor Welch look like a good presenter, and why did they show the Derry goal and not the UCDD one?
Its been said before but I'll say it again, to market the league properly we need a DECENT weekly highlights show.

Someone on the Derry forum said that they probably missed it as it wasn't shown on Friday's Sports Tonight either, but I'd say they just weren't arsed. I'm raging because I wasn't looking when the goal was scored.

He said that about nearly everyone (except Longford).

I think I've cracked your code:

"crisp packets" = league medals, right?

"There'll be plenty more twists and turns before the season's over"

Is it me or does he say that in EVERY programme?!

A week or two ago he said he doesnt think we'd be anywhere near challenging for the league and last night he said we'll be right up there at the end of the season.

No, the only league medal he won that counts, was in 1994.

All the rest were Blue Peter badges.

And what a great show Blue Peter was in 1990, 96,98, and 99.

(Wasn't overly crazy about the 2002 effort, but hey, a badge is a badge.)
Out for a spell, got neglected, lay on the bench unselected.

Did you go through the same process to get your computer...
I phoned the speaking clock to hear a voice speak, it said - "At the tone you will be very much alone"
