Songs ye forgot how good they were...

....till you just heard them on the radio or just happened upon them?

just heard acdc - moneytalks there on launch.radio.yahoo.com, had the live cd from 92 but it broke and hadnt heard this in 3 or 4 years. Quality song, forgot how good it was!

anybody else found this with any song of course?

Hit by the Sugarcubes. Bought "Stick around for Joy" album for €6 (previously had it on tape but hadn't listened to it in years). Hit is a fantastic tune.

    Satellite by The Hooters.

Class tune, class concept. TV evangelists should be rounded up and butchered like cattle.

Just heard "Not so manic now" by Dubstar in a shop a lunch time, a very groovy smooth record.

    Songs of forgotten goodness?

...or Songs that possess an inate goodness which had been mis-remembered?

Either way can someone change the title of this thread ...the grammar is atrocious.

feck off lionel its only the "you" part for "ye" which is west of ireland speak. The "were" represents from their time of release and how good they were then ( and still are now ). The how could be replaced with "that are really good!"

Absolute gold - haven't seen that in years, and had forgotten the name of the band and all. Great track.
That question was less stupid, though you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.

Help me, Arthur Murphy, you're my only hope!
