Wikipedia suggests otherwise, but ahvent seen anything more official.
I've heard the IAG will be invited back. I know the FAI told us what was going to happen, and for the moment we'll have to believe them, but of course the new set up means they can change the rules as and when they want.

Sligo 3-0 up now! Another tenner down the drain...

Kildare equalise against Shels despite being down to ten men.

something drastically strange going on, sligo are supposed to be at half-strength. apparently the city players don't look bothered. no idea whats going on, better be sorted soon - this was a serious chance for us to close the gap at the top.

What's going on out there? Sligo have been poor all season, and suddenly turn out a 4-0 win* over Cork?!

Think it was more a case that they were so out of line with the other Bookies.

I thought Sligo might react to their defeat at Finn Park in the league cup- but that is some feckin scoreline!

how do you know it was super then? Could've been the jammiest 4-1 win ever

By all accounts City were pathetic and at this point you've to question if some of the players gave a sh*t at 2-0 down. Congrats to sligo.

Ragin I won't be able to get to Turners Cross next week.
Could be a good Bohs victory down there!

Just saw this, actually. I think Gilette were doing a promo at various grounds the past week or two.

Just off the phone, some excerpts -

"City could've been 4-0 down before they conceded at all"
"the players didnt seem to know how to play 4-3-3 and the midfield was over run"
"players didnt seem to care and only the introduction of billy woods saw a bit of enthusiasm or concern"
"Rico waited too long to make tactical and player changes" (to be honest i dont see how i can agree with this. 2-0 down is not the point where you move to more defensive formation and with the third goal coming so early in the second half there was clearly not enough indication it was doomed)

I guess Sligo interfered with football in all sorts of imaginative ways at the Showgrounds tonight.
