It was a plastic bottle thrown by someone who obviously isn't a true supporter of the club.
Just wondering lads what it was that was thrown onto the pitch against bohs that ye got a e100 fine for?Was it something thrown at a player or was it just toilet roll?It would amaze me if it was toilet roll as we've went through about 80 rolls of toilet paper over our last 3 games and we didnt get a fine..
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.

does someone know who it was?
Think of the jerseys that people were wearing in the stand we were in...
He was not wearing a Rovers Jersey...

i know who youre on about but im sayin he threw it again? same as UCD i think?
I was close to where the bottel was thrown in Dalymount & it came from the left of the tunnel, didnt see who it was but there was a rake of young Bohs fans there aswell, it bounced of the tunnel & hit the Lino on the shoulder.
it was thrown by one of your fans towards Mansaram and did indeed hit one of the officials.
nah i'd say it was a bohs fan

If it's the guy that wears Celtic or Roma jersey then I think any regular on the bus would know of him.

it wasnt him
that ucd incident has been dealt withit was someone different for bohs i think, and certainly tolka
there was only one person in tolka with a roma jersey though
Ya but it wasnt him who threw the bottle. Anyway while we are on the subject, when are we banning the fan who hit the galway fan a slap outside terryland, or even the hairy steward who assaulted a galway fan in the showgrounds. Might as well not deal with this topic half assed.
so during all the incident where a large scuffle broke out on the pitch in the most dramatic part of the game you were watching a lad in a roma jersey? well done,or perhaps you're covering for someone else, possibly you[just putting it out there, while we're making accusations ]
He was standing beside me all game,i remember cos as i made my way over the steps during the incident he was beside me ,while the bottle was thrown from about 20 ft away from me.
as most of you know and some have let the club know it was me who threw the bottle in the ucd game. for this i cannot express my regret enough,it showed the behaviour of a thug and someone who doesnt care about the club but i would like to jus say that wit provacation it was completly heat of the moment and i regretted and stil do regret doing it because it projected an image of the club that never should be projected. but because of my foolish actions i should not have to pay the price for another fool, i did NOT throw the bottle at the shams game and didn't even see the incident because of what was going on on the pitch. when i did notice it i knew it would come back to me because of the previous incident but i will not be made the scapegoat. for my actions and any repercussions rovers had to pay i apoligise but why am i being made scapegoat and singled out?? no fuss what so ever has been made about the bohs bottle?? or no one has made a fuss about the numerous flares that have benn let off. these incidents were planned and cost rovers a lot of money we dont hav to waste. my actions were not predetermined and i hope i can be given forgivness not made pay for someone else actions
