We deserved it after the year we had.
Drogheda's performance tonight was outstanding ,not one player failed to give their all . Fair play to paudie ,months not getting a game and he played his heart out,Poor Harry was having tigers
in the dugout no doubt he's enjoying himself tonight he deserves
it ! Never a dull moment when supporting the Drogs!
WOW! What a game.
That was even more thrilling that the stuffing we gave Dublin City last season.
It's hard to single out players when they all worked their socks off like that but i will anyway.
First, Paudie threw himself at everything for 120 mins despite having his first start in quite a while.
Second, Gary Cronin tackled like a man possessed throughout the game and especially when we went down to ten.
Last but not least, Mark Quinless. He's taken stick for missing chances in the last few weeks, but he did a great job on Derek O'Brien today after he tore us apart with his pace on Wednesday.
