I think we should give Midgit a run on the pitch. He's been following Rovers for about 6 months but he seems to know more than the rest of us and the players even.

haha your avin a laugh!believe me its pure fat.and you go on about players reading this...maybe thats not a bad thing....might give some of them the kick up the @ss they need.you say support the players....being yes men and telling them what they want to hear is not supporting them, its fooling yourself and them.maybe if they are told the reality they will do something about it.
The strange thing is that the Ref was looking straight at the tackle that started it all. It was a straight red card - no doubt. He just blew full time & took no action. Coupled to a number of bizarre decisions given against Sligo, it was bound to result in a reaction. He gave two yellows - one for a deliberate handball & one for not giving the ball back quick enough - but nothing for a dreadful tackle. He is a terrible Ref, at least he did'nt have far to travel after the match! Scully's contribution was'nt helpful. Glad Cook stayed quiet. Let's just all move on.
Yes thats our man! Against Shels he gave them so many frees etc & finally sent off Burnsie. But not to send the Shamrock Rvs lad off was laughable - he clearly saw the incident. Cook had complained 3-4 times to 4th official about his decisions during the game. Why do they put Dublin Refs in charge when Dublin teams are playing the country sides? It does'nt make sense when other officials are available.
I agree last year was woeful, as he joked & laughed away with the Shels lads. I was watching with a Shels fan & even he was embarrassed by some of the decisions.
hi everybody my names regan im from australia n just got on here so mi check in n see how my best adam hughes has been goin .hard to stay in contact because of the time difference between us n i wont get an answer out of him hows hes been playin so ne one tell if the lads goin good or wat ??
You don't happen to know Will Hastie, do you? If so, will you send him back to us.

Hughes is a very consistent performer. Solid in midfield and a good player to have in the team. May not be classed as our best player but I've yet to see him have a very bad game.
