The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

There's another half-dozen or so going each way but none are 100% yet. Will have a better idea next week.
The ball is round and has many surprises.
Seems that the vast majority of clubs have far more outs than ins. A possible indication of an England-like transfer market collapse here I wonder??
Munster 33-6 Gloucester

I dont think so, eL club in general have a high player turn over rate dont think this season is any different to others.Originally posted by Shed End John

that healy gone to limerick is john healy. not a bad keeper at all he lost his place half way thru the season
Thanks for that Gustavo! We lost two fine keepers in the last few months so we badly a netminder we can rely on! Hear he was good from a few others. I just hope he has a bit more of an impact than our last Sligo blow-in Mr.Mannering!Originally posted by gustavo

As if we didn't have enough red cards at the end of last year.

Here you go Derek McGrath (Glenavon) and Robbie Griffin (Pats)Originally posted by Schumi

If you attack me with stupidity, I'll be forced to defend myself with sarcasm.
I'd heard we might be looking at Griffin alright. Who's Derek McGrath do you know? Where does he play, is he any good?
We're not arrogant, we're just better.
Derek McGrath is a centre-mid who played for Kilkenny in the season they won 9 points and then moved to Monaghan for the next season!![]()

He's not a bad player, but he's another experienced squad player at a stage when we need to be looking for the next Robbie Doyle/Alan Cawley/Kev Grogan.
At least Sean Finn's still around - someone had been saying he was leaving as well.
Any movement in Monaghan United?
And what are the first names of the Dundalk players that left?

Aside from Healy and Morris-Roe who I mentioned last week. A left-full named Cooney (not sure where he's come from), Brendan Sweeney (ex-Harps?), an Italian lad whose name I didn't get and a lad from Bohs we've apparently signed on loan.
The ball is round and has many surprises.
