    Are they for real?

    From eleven-a-side.com

"Devlin, a highly-rated coach, is rumoured to be one of the front-runners for the job as Irish underage supremo, vacated by Brian Kerr’s promotion to the senior job this week. "

Please tell me that this is a wind up ?

I'd say Devlin works well with youngsters, to be honest.

That may have more to do with business than football, which doesn't, or shouldn't come into a manager's job, especially an international one.

There are a lot worse options than Wee Pat for the Job. I don't understand why so many people hate Devlin anyway, sure he Coached Duff did'nt he?!?!

As far as I know, he works as a scout for Blackburn as well as being Bray manager.

'They' as in Bray? I don't think so, it's just Devlin I think.

I would have thought so but they didn't do much about it.

That's why I hate the untc anyway.... can't do his best for the league while at the same time be working at (and for) someone that is helping destroy, or at least inhibit progress, of it...

Couldn't agree more, the conflict of interest is just too big in my book.

Devlin was merely a Coach for a Youth Team Damian played for. It was shown in depth during the World Cup when Pat Devlin was over at Duff's parent's house to watch the first World Cup match.
