Documentary by Bill Moyers, currently airing on PBS in the States. Very good stuff on how the media over here basically took everything the White House said as gospel, prior to the invasion of Iraq. It's 90 minutes long, but well worth the view.

Haven't seen it, but from your description it sounds very like "Manufacturing Consent", which focused on Chomsky, and made exactly the same points about the first Iraq war. Nothing much has changed ...
