Covered terrace at one side with a bar underneath, bit of a terrace at the other side and not much else really. Nice playing surface

Been on the Shels site and hears the story so far:

Bar wont be open (balls!) no parking inside the the ground (fair enough) ground only holds 1500 (get in early) scottish ref (name is not S Dougal thank fcuk) and schoolgans/scum have been warned to cop on by the club ( iv no comment to make on here cause i already hears the howls of protest from the bleeding hearts section of the club)

Cat and Cage or Fagans in Drumcondra are both within walking distance of the ground....and decent. Problem with Fagans is that its Bertie's local....

Nowhere has been mentioned yet but I'd reckon The Cat and Cage will be the main watering hole as a few Redsmen drink there already before games and it is the nearest one to the ground.

Bar in the regency hotel across the road would be nearest. dont know what its like though
