    Boylesports links up with Sunderland...

    ..why? Should they not be linking up with Dundalk??

    They sponsor the Louth GAA i think so that pretty much covers them locally. I actually looked at this sponsorship and thought it was a really clever move by them. They are trying to become more known in the UK so sponsoring a team that could be in the premiership next season is an ideal way to do that. As well as that they have the irish market because whether you like it or not there is a serious interest in Ireland in Sunderland F.C. at the moment.

    Yeah they sponsored the Ladies GAA aswell a year or 2 ago, wonder how much they are putting in though?,

    Virtually impossible to break the UK market, Powers have cornered the "irish" market to some degree, unless he intends open up franchises in Sunderland,

    On second thoughts maybe not the uk market but definetly the internet market. They sponsor some competition run in the racing post called you the manager.
