The tournament sees Ireland, Yugoslavia, Croatia and Austria (maybe it's another one of UEFA's regionalised competitions?) play each other with Turner's Cross, St, Colman's Park and The Mardyke being lined up as probable venues.

the under21s were supposed to play Yugoslavia there but that got cancelled, along with the seniors' match due when the government refused to issue visas over the conflict in the area.
