Two children free in if accompanied

Galway United FC allow two children to attend home games free of charge
as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

The admission charge to Terryland Park for U12s is E5.

Just put up on the club website that extra kids and kids under 12 have to pay 8 euro if not with an adult .

Its trying to cut down on Terryland being used as a babysitting service. There were almost 1,200 u12's at the first game.

AFAIK the correct admission fee is E5.

No children under twelve should be allowed into the ground anyway, without
    an adult.

gufct is correct, a lot of adults are bringing 7/8 children to the ground. Its a babysitting service, these children are then let loose for the game.

"Kids go free" is designed to allow a parent bring their kids to the game at a
    minimal cost.

That was my understanding too - surprised to see €8 on the website.

Good to see the club keeping an eye on the boards and reacting to what has been said by us lot . Now any chance of free coffee at half time , hey if you don't ask you don't get .

am sure the catering is franchised at terryland so the club dont set prices but they are a rip off. are the club able to do anything about it? easy answew is just not to buy anything and thats exactly what i do but parents and kids are being robbed

same people do both chippers and after being charged €4.50 for a cold burger in Croker I think the Curry Chips in Terryland are great and Hot and only €3.50 for a laerge one excellent value.

any time ive gotten chips off them they are fried solid - or just dipped in the oil for a second and still cold on the inside - maybe the curry negates the above
