First Unread Post.

I have a question about the "First unread post" function.

Sometimes I click on a thread using the button (a thread i have never visited before) but I dont get directed to the first post........or I click on a thread I have visited before, but the post I'm directed to is farther on that the last post I actually looked at.

Is there a limit on the number of posts this button will take you back?

For example, it will only go back 20 posts from the most recent, etc.

Or perhaps a time limit on how old the post can be?

it could be because of sessions/cookies, do you user a few different computers?
