The big clubs get their games postponed for international players being called up.

I voted country when this poll came up originally, but I would definitely put club before everything else if asked now.

I'd prefer Dundalk to get three points in Newbridge on Saturday than Ireland to do the same in Bratislava. I'd still be gutted if Ireland lost even after Dundalk winning so thankfully supporting my club and country aren't mutually exclusive (as this thread seems to imply at times) and I can hope for six points!

I am surprised really that there are no LSL teams in Wales...
That question was less stupid, though you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.

Help me, Arthur Murphy, you're my only hope!

    I do now.

I was livid when Limerick FC was finished becasue I thought that was the end of limericks involvement. Thats why I've taken an even keener interest in L37 and go out of my way to support them in whatever way I can because I dont want a shock like that again.

If it should ever happen that there is no senior team in limerick thats the end of it for me, it wouldn't have the same meaning to follow Cobh or some newly promoted junior team (even if it was a Limerick team).

this thread is a bit distorted, i havent been kept up to date with it but i can guarantee that there are a few here saying CLUB and there over there now at the ireland matches when there are matches on in the LOI here tonight....

we had this thread on our own forum and a poster here and over there said ''i dont know how any of ye can chose your country over your club'' and where is he now?? not in galway anyway for our big clash tonight!!
There's the right way, the wrong way.... and the Max Power way!! :-D

While I agree with the sentiments, there are plenty of people who choose going away and drinking with amtes ahead of either club or country

I always thought to myself I was a Man Utd (Roy supporter) supporter first then a Ramblers supporter until they played a few years back. I went in my Ramblers colours to see Roy play but couldn't stop shouting for Ramblers. Makes sense now why I stood in the sleet and rain for years watching them play ****e! Hopefully I will have something to make it all worth while in a couple of months time. The First Division Title............. hopefully anyway......

    1 Ramblers
    2 Man U
3 Sunderland.............only since this time last year funnily enough.....
4 Ireland............The two Cobh Stephens making it more appealing...........

Tell all the Bohs you know
that we've gone and won two-in-a-row
and it's not gonna be three
and it's not gonna be four
it's more likely to be 5-1.
