Good question actually. There's a number on the tickets, which is the basis for the draw. Season ticket holders wouldn't get a ticket by definition. I'd advise to ask at the gate on your way in.
Anyway one set of tickets, for the Wales game, went to a German visitor. Well done that man!
He told me when he collected them, that he had tried to buy some tickets for that game, but they were sold out
