The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
Tynan thought he was good enough to take Ollie's place and kicked up a fuss about it so he was released.
Shels trialed him but didn't sign him, so he's ended up in KIlkenny.
He's been there a while now so it seems like no Premier team is interested
