Gilberto, it would be great if we got them i would deffo go to final if i get my tickets!!

As they say on the site a lottery will take place, so i'd imagine millions will apply so chance's are very slim. Altho i applied for Ryder Cup tickets for the Final day through the lottery system and was pulled out>

i didnt bother with the final thought everyone would go for that. i did 1 semi, 2 quaters, and one for every day of the group stages because thats all thats allowed!. i know it might sound bit like a bad idea to some, but i think when the draw for the qualifying groups is done the draw for the groups of finals should be done to, like if we finish second we will be placed with say spain if they finish top, just taught that after applying for tickets for group matches when you dont even know the groups seems a bit silly!

I'm going even if Ireland don't make it. I was in Portugal for the whole of Euro 2004 and it was magical. I saw 16games including all the 1/4's, semis and the final. Would love to be able to do that again! Portugal was perfect geographically to go from one game to the next - I was based in Lisbon - and I'd say Austris/Switzerland will be the same.

I was in Germany for the World CUp and can't recommend it highly enough. If you are even thinking about going to Euro2008 apply NOW for as many tickets as you can. Even if you have tickets for games you don't particularly want, it opens up the chance to swap with others.

I've applied for two games and the final itself. I regret not taking up the offer of football tickets for the world cup when I had the chance (Ireland let me down but offered others) so am not missing this one. Plus we'll get 16 decent sides at this one without the fear of ending up with Saudi Arabia -Iran as one of your games.

You'll NEVER beat the Irish.......you'll just draw with us instead!!!

I was at the Saudi v Tunisia game in the World Cup last year. It was a good game (2-2) and being sat with the Tunis supporters was certainly an eye-opener. The music session at half-time was one of the highlights of the World Cup for me.

Before Stan this thread should have been in the Ireland forum. Sad.

I'm not even going to bother applying for FMT tickets this time. no point.
