    Dave Warren Darren Murphy

There are strong rumours going around that the 2 lads are going to sign for City. Any one heard what the story is??

Are we going to have any team this season all is very quiet.

heard it on the cork forum, dont know if its true supose well have to wait and see if they line up for us next week in the msc game, city have lost a lot of the dept they had in there squad, and our wage bill has being slashed dramatically, so there could be a lot of truth to the romours,

think visa maight sue foot.ie for copyright for that one

Well they're both training with City. Tell me about Darren Murphy.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

Darren is one of Ramblers best players he can play midfield or centre back.

Great turn of pace and always a Danger from set pieces.

If he does go to City he will be a big loss to rams.

Yelverton has signed for Rockmount again. He played for them at the weekend vs Carrigaline.

According to the echo Warren & Murphy are training with city for the last few weeks and look set to sign for them too.

THE SITUATION HAS GONE BEYOND A JOKE.

    Thanks rambler.
    Whats going on with ye?
Looks like everything financially was thrown into last years promotion efforts, correct?

I'd wait until some info is passed about on what's happening before calling for anybodys head be it the managers of the Chairmans.

There is a lot of investment going on with the ground. One step at a time. Do people honestly think that the squad wasn't going to suffer? They already said that the playing budget would be cut so it shouldn't be a surprise that players have left.

So many going was probably unexpexted but it obviously frees up a lot of cash so lets see who comes in in the next few weeks before calling for Barry Walsh's head.

if it wasnt for barry walsh we'd have no new stand were gloating about, hes after raising loads of money for the club and is steering us in the right diection big time, people say he has nearly 80% backing from the season ticket holders, just a minority against him everybody knows who are for him and against him and most people who are against him dont have proper reason for doing so. i would back him because he is the only past chairman who has got off his hole and done anything for the ckub and actually spent money, i think he's doing a good job..

I think people are just frustrated by the lack of info. We knew every thing went in to getting promotion last season. According to the treasurer there is only 1000 euro difference between this year and last year.

In my opinion the players are leaving because of the manager and no faith in him.

ya that is true that the players heve no faith in the manager, i actually heard if from 5 our 6 players last year, he has had his chance and if walsh will continue to suport him hell have to make a decision, at most a quater of the way throught the season if hell sack him if things don't go right, better to get it done now than then, but if that many players are leavin there is more than money involved cause half the suad went to waterford and they wont pay much more, and it's a fair trip every week, unless they live half way,

My problem with Barry Walsh is that he does all these things 4 the club such as the stand but doen't inform the fans on matters we can't see such as the players.
In fairness when Sully was chairman he kept us informed and made sure that we were informed be it through word of mouth or the papers.
Since Barry Walsh came in the echo hardly ever cover Rambers.

Sully wasn't great but he kept us informed we knew what was going on when he was there.
When Barry Walsh brings Man Utd back my tune will change even sunderland would be enough to make it change.

Just been on WLR now that Dave Warren has completed his signing to the blues, more players to be announced shortly by Cronin, I hope he is up to premier division standards?

What's the fee. Apparently, Darren murphys transfer to City gave Ramblers back the 10,000 they paid for Kevin Murray.

    Do Waterford have money now?
