Shels are lucky to get any licence at all. If they can't get a premier licence won't get a Uefa one either.
If Shels appeal this I would support them being kicked out of the league as they have already been given extensions to deadlines & further delays will damage the league financially.
The FAI will spin this as a Licencing success.
It's a partial success under the 'better late than never' principle.
