the american was on trial with gufc but never impressed tony cousins so was let go again.
was told that he went on trial with our "close rivals" after Cousins let him go.

Will ask one of the lads his name, he was always referred to as the yankee striker ! since we had so many trialist here, virtually all that werent going to make it were just mentioned as whatever country they came from. There is only 2 more trialists still left and they are 2 scandinavian keepers (a norwegian and a swede i think), but they wont be considered for the first/starting team as rogers has that in the bag.
