    These agreements don't tend to be long-lasting and Kim Jong Il doesn't seem like the most trustworthy guy.
    I reckon the Americans are clearing the path so they can concentrate on a strategy to invade Iran (or rather to aid Israel in an invasion of Iran.)

    Wouldn't Israel have to hop over some pretty dodgy (From their point of view) areas just to get to Iran

    I'd imagine a ground assualt would be out of the question given what happened in Lebanon and airstrikes would be more likely.
